Happy Father's Day to a Rock Star Dad

We had a wonderful day yesterday celebrating Brad's 1st Father's Day with my parents and brothers and their families!

I thought I would share with you the Father's Day card that I made for Brad:

A lot of the stuff that I used is going to be retiring on July 1st, so if you want to order it you'll have to act fast! Anything listed below in RED is retiring.

The base of the card is Going Grey Textured Cardstock. I stamped the flourish from "Baroque Motifs" in the upper left hand corner with Basic Grey Classic Ink. I wrapped Black Hemp Twine a couple of times around the card before knotting it. Rock Star was embossed with Black Embossing Powder on Basic Grey Cardstock and punched out with the Large Star Punch. I raised it up with Stampin' Dimensionals 2 Dimensionals thick. The Rock Star image comes from the retiring Level 2 Hostess Set "A Little Somethin'". I stamped the letters "DAD" from the Well Worn Alphabet Stamp Set in Basic Black Craft Ink and Embossed with Black Embossing Powder. The letters are stamped on a piece of paper from the Urban Oasis DSP Pack. The Brads are all from the Vintage Brad set.

June Card Kit of the Month

Tour de Technique File Pack

I have had a lot of requests to create a PDF File pack for the Tour de Techniques event that we offered. Due to the popularity of the request, I have decided to put one together. However, please note that I do not claim to have created any of these techniques. They are techniques that have "been around" the Stamping World, I have just compiled them and re-written them to print on 6x6 pages to go into an album. I have also created the 3x3 technique samples, just not the techniques themselves.

This file pack includes TWO files:

• One, 24-page PDF file including the step by step instructions to all 24 techniques in a format to be printed on 6x6 cardstock squares.
• One, PDF File including photos of all the 3x3 sample swatches for each of the 24 techniques.
